Indium Tin Oxide (ITO) has cubic and rhombohedral morphologies, each with a band gap of ~3 eV. When doped with Chromium (Cr), the thin films become magnetic semiconductors that display high-temperature ferromagnetism. When doped with Zinc, the thin film becomes highly conductive. This material is used in antistatic coatings, optical coatings, hot mirrors, and as a resistor in integrated circuits.
