Zinc Tin Oxide (ZTO)

Zinc-tin Oxide

Zinc-tin Oxide has a wide bandgap of ~3.6eV, and has uses as thin-film transistors, solar cells, energy devices, and electronics. The thin films of ZTO are both transparent and conductive making them a potential candidate for a new class of TCOs.
