Applications
Our Magnesium doped Zinc Oxide (ZMO/MZO/ZnMgO) comes in both standard and custom planar & rotatable variations. This sintered ceramic is DC-Sputterable. The bandgap of ZMO will increase as the Mg content increases, which makes it a perfect candidate as a novel I-Layer for CIGS solar cells with its ability to align bandgaps with a buffer layer. ZMO is an alternative high-resistance transparent layer for CdS/CdTe films in solar cells.
