Indium Oxide (In2O3) Sputtering Targets

Indium Oxide (In2O3)

This oxide of Indium exists in a cubic and a rhombohedral morphology, each having a band-gap of ~3 eV. When doped with Chromium (Cr) the thin-films become magnetic semiconductors that display high-temperature ferromagnetism. When doped with Zinc, the thin-film becomes highly conductive. You will find this material used in antistatic coatings, optical coatings, hot mirrors, and as a resistor in integrated circuits.
