Our conductive Molybdenum Oxide sputtering targets come in both custom and standard rectangular & circular planar targets. Applications for this novel material include coverings for conductor strips in narrow bezel screens, anti-reflection coatings, OLEDs, Hole Injection Layers (HILs) & solar cells. The hole transport layer functionality can be utilized in both solar cells as well as optoelectronic devices.
