Magnesium Zinc Oxide – Mg ((1-x) ZnxO)

Magnesium Zinc Oxide is a  sintered ceramic that is DC-Sputterable. The bandgap of ZMO will increase as the Mg content increases, which makes it a perfect candidate as a novel I-Layer for CIGS solar cells with its ability to align bandgaps with a buffer layer. ZMO is an alternative high resistance transparent layer for CdS/CdTe films in solar cells.
