Basic Information
SCI Engineered Materials is experienced in manufacturing a diverse range of inset sputtering targets for various magnetron cathode designs including Chi, Upsilon, and Mu Insets. Our standard materials include precious metals like Ruthenium, Iridium, Gold, and Silver, but we also excel with difficult-to-machine materials such as Tungsten/Copper alloys. Chi Inset, Upsilon Inset, and Mu Inset designs come in our eight standard materials, but custom material requests on these inset sputtering targets are welcomed!
